I have received un-requested credentials (Username / Password).
If you have received an email with your credentials (Username and Password) in, please don't reply to the email as you will not get a response. If someone is trying to gain unauthorized access to your account held with Cards By Request; then they will need to access your email account where the email was received. We suggest you permanently delete the email, change your email account password and change the password for your account with Cards By Request.
My email address is already registered.
If you have received a notice while registering or changing your account details that the email address you entered is already registered; then you may have an account you have forgotten about or someone has registered an account using your email address. If you think you may have forgotten your account, go to Request Credentials and enter your email address to acquire the login details for your account. If you believe someone has registered in your email account then please contact us.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Delivery time is based on entirely your chosen delivery service and the service provider itself.
How long does it take to process my order?
It usually takes 2-3 working days from receiving cleared payment.
How do I make a return?
Go to the 'My Account' section and view the order you wish to return. If you have not paid for the order you can cancel the order. If you have paid for the order, then go to the bottom of the page where the toolbar is located, select the option 'Request Return' and follow the instructions.
I need help with My Account.
The 'My Account' section offers control of your orders and personal details, such as your delivery address and login details. The section is designed to be easy to use, there is a common tasks pane located towards the top of the page where you can find everything you need to do.
Where there are specific actions such as requesting a return, you can find these actions located in a toolbar located on the page where the action is applicable. These are all located in yellow boxes and notices are located in red boxes.
I need help with searching.
When searching, be sure to exclude special characters as it may result in an error. Try to be specific and seperate keywords with spaces not '+' symbols.
What is the security image.
This security feature is used to determine humans from computers, to ensure you have the fastest possible service there must be no unwanted activity done by automated robots. The security image helps prevent unwanted spam-robots from using our site.
